The MUTSPRUNG Monitoring 2026 is now online!
Author: Janna Leimann (Bochum University of Applied Sciences)
What is beneficial for undergraduates and PhD students, what puts a strain on them, and what gives them strength?
The MUTSPRUNG Monitoring 2026 explores these questions and is now open for participation.
The aim of the online survey is to gain an overview of the current levels of psychological stress experienced by undergraduates and PhD students and to identify potential protective and risk factors for their mental health.
The survey is aimed at all undergraduates and PhD students in Germany and may therefore be shared widely – for example, via university contacts, inter-university networks or personal contacts amongst undergraduates and PhD students.
