GesA Stud: Register now for the winter semester!

Between lectures, exams and personal commitments, it can quickly feel as though everything has to be dealt with at once. What is good for students in this situation, and what really helps?
This is exactly where GesA Stud (Studying Healthily and Successfully) comes in. The TU Braunschweig project is now entering its fourth round and invites students to take part. Based on scientific evidence, it supports you in identifying your individual stressors, strengthening your resources in a targeted way, and not only managing your studies but also enjoying them.
Key information at a glance
Schedule and time commitment: Participation lasts for one semester. The main time commitment takes place during the first eight weeks (26 October to 18 December 2026) and may vary slightly depending on the study condition. Participants will be assigned to different study conditions so that the effects of the programme can be examined scientifically and reliably.
Compensation: You will receive €30 for completing the study in full. In addition, depending on your level of participation, you may win one of several vouchers worth €50, €30 or €10.
Your benefits: You will gain insights that can strengthen your well-being and academic success in the long term. You will support research and become an expert in managing your own everyday student life.
